Pump Station Systems
Ganquan supplies pumps and supporting equipment for pump station systems used in drainage, irrigation and water transfer. Explore axial-flow, mixed-flow and full tubular submersible pump options matched to your required flow, head and site conditions.
Tell us what the station needs to do, the water levels on each side and any existing layout or equipment. We can help review suitable pump options and coordinate technical requirements for installation, power supply and controls.

Applications for Pump Station Systems
Flood Drainage
Move stormwater from drainage channels and low-lying areas to receiving waterways, with pump selection matched to the required flow and changing water levels.
Irrigation Pumping Stations
Transfer water from rivers, reservoirs or canals into irrigation networks, with pumps selected for the required delivery flow and head.
Water Transfer
Transfer water between canals, lakes or reservoirs. Projects requiring flow in both directions need a dedicated review of the pump arrangement and operating conditions.
Pump Options for Your Station
Different pumping stations require different hydraulic and installation arrangements. The following Ganquan pump families provide options for drainage, irrigation and water transfer. Selection depends on the required flow, operating head range and site layout.
| Series | Pump Type | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|
| QZB | Submersible axial-flow pumps | Low-head, high-flow drainage and irrigation. |
| QHB | Submersible mixed-flow pumps | Water intake, irrigation and pumping station duties. |
| QGWZ | Full tubular submersible pumps | Drainage, irrigation, water transfer and circulation. |
| QGWZS | Bidirectional full tubular submersible pumps | Water transfer projects requiring pumping in both directions. |
Each family includes different models and configurations. Final selection requires performance curves covering the station’s operating conditions. For bidirectional duties, flow and head requirements must be checked separately for each direction.
Station Design Information
Share the information available for your new station or upgrade project. We can help review pump options and coordinate the technical details needed for equipment selection.
- Station purpose: drainage, irrigation, water transfer or an upgrade to an existing station.
- Required flow: total station capacity and flow per pump, if already specified.
- Operating water levels: minimum and maximum levels on both the intake and discharge sides.
- Head requirements: the expected operating head range and any available hydraulic calculations.
- Site layout: intake and discharge structures, available installation space, drawings and photographs.
- Water conditions: temperature, sediment, floating debris and any available water-quality information.
- Power and controls: available voltage and frequency, operating schedule and control requirements.
- Existing equipment: pump models, nameplate photographs and the reason for replacement or upgrade.
If a value is unknown, leave it open and share what you have. For projects requiring pumping in both directions, provide the required flow and water levels for each direction separately.

Tell Us About Your Pumping Station
Tell us your project location, what the station needs to do and whether it is a new installation or an upgrade. Share any known flow requirements, water levels and site drawings. We can help review suitable pump options and clarify the equipment scope for a quotation.
You do not need a complete specification to start a discussion. Send the information you have, including photographs of the site or existing equipment, and we will help identify what still needs to be confirmed.
