Pump Quality & Performance Testing
Explore Ganquan’s pump testing facilities and laboratory credentials. The manufacturer’s published testing capabilities cover borehole pumps and other submersible pump types, with operating-condition simulation and real-time data collection.
For your project, we can coordinate with the manufacturer to clarify the proposed pump’s performance data, applicable testing requirements and available documentation. Share your required flow, head and operating conditions, or any inspection requirements included in your enquiry.

Pump Testing Capabilities
Ganquan’s published test-station capabilities include borehole submersible pumps, sewage pumps, mining pumps, axial-flow and mixed-flow pumps, and tubular submersible pumps. The facility supports operating-condition simulation and real-time data collection.

Test Power Rating
These published facility ratings describe test-station capabilities, rather than the performance of an individual pump. The applicable test conditions and operating range must be confirmed for the proposed pump and test arrangement.
Published test voltages include 380 V, 660 V, 3 kV, 6 kV and 10 kV, supporting different low- and high-voltage submersible pump configurations.

Performance Testing & Data Recording
Ganquan’s test station supports operating-condition simulation and real-time data collection. These capabilities allow pump operation to be assessed under selected test conditions and provide information for technical review.
For borehole pump selection, the required flow and head should be considered alongside the proposed pump’s performance data. Test conditions and equipment identification help establish how the recorded results relate to the pump being offered.
Key Information for Technical Review
- Pump model and motor rating
- Test conditions and recorded operating points
- Performance curves and test reports, where available
Laboratory Accreditation
Ganquan has published a CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate for its testing centre, registration number CNAS L17869. The certificate identifies ISO/IEC 17025:2017 as the basis for recognition of the laboratory’s competence.
| Item | Certificate Details |
|---|---|
| Registration | CNAS L17869 |
| Laboratory standard | ISO/IEC 17025:2017 |
| Stated validity period | 24 February 2023 – 23 February 2029 |
The accredited activities are defined in the certificate’s scope annex. For your project, we can coordinate with the manufacturer to clarify whether the requested tests fall within that scope and what documentation is available.

Discuss Your Pump Testing Requirements
Does your project require specific performance tests, inspection records or technical documentation? Send us your pump requirements and any relevant project specifications so we can review them with the manufacturer.
Include the pump model, if known, required flow and head, power supply and any specified test standards or acceptance criteria. We can help clarify the available testing arrangements and documentation for your quotation.
