Solids-handling and cutting capabilities vary by model. A cutter mechanism is not intended to crush stones or metal objects. Final selection requires the proposed model’s performance curve, solids-handling specifications and confirmation of the power supply and installation arrangement.

Wastewater & Installation Details

  • Wastewater source: domestic sewage, site drainage or another source, including any known chemicals or oils.
  • Solids and fibres: the type, approximate size and amount of material present, including any sand, grit or hard debris.
  • Water conditions: temperature, pH and any available wastewater analysis.
  • Required duty: flow rate, total head and expected operating hours, if known.
  • Discharge route: elevation difference, pipe length, pipe diameter and any required outlet pressure.
  • Installation site: collection pit dimensions, minimum and maximum water levels, and access for pump removal and maintenance.
